What is the

JOB OUTLOOK FOR CDL TRUCK DRIVERS?

The primary role of a truck driver is to transport goods from one location to another on short routes or longer treks across states or even the entire country. Currently, there is a shortage of CDL drivers across the United States. This shortage has created a unique opportunity for individuals to pursue a career in this industry. Because many employers seek quality drivers with job-ready skills, our graduates have a good chance of transitioning seamlessly from the truck driving program to a career with many opportunities. Although employment is not guaranteed, Rosedale Tech graduates are in high demand.

With a Class A CDL, students who complete the program can pursue a job in multiple industries that include driving large vehicles and trucks, including but not limited to:

  • Long-haul truck drivers
  • Local truck drivers
  • Delivery truck drivers
  • Dump truck drivers
  • Van drivers
  • Tractor-trailer drivers
