For the 14th consecutive year, Rosedale Technical College has been named one of the Best Places to Work by the Pittsburgh Business Times. The recognition continues to be a result of Rosedale Tech’s expert team of individuals committed to delivering a high standard of education and training programs to the students served in the tri-state area.
Rosedale Tech is one of 73 top workplaces in the Pittsburgh area highlighted on this year’s list.
The 2023 Best Places to Work recognition encapsulates the Rosedale Tech team’s continued dedication and strategic vision to elevate its training and course offerings, which is currently displayed in the ongoing enhancements of the College’s facilities; collaborate with some of the top regional employers for heightened training and employment opportunities; and personalize the education experience for the College’s diverse student population. Driven by the mission, vision, and values of Rosedale Tech, President Dennis Wilke fosters an environment of passionate, talented professionals who collaborate to continuously improve every day in the pursuit of excellent service to students, employers, and the community.
“You can’t fake culture,” said President Wilke in a recent presentation to faculty and staff. “When you have such a passion and spark for educating the future of our trades industries, it doesn’t feel like work. We genuinely love what we do here at Rosedale Tech, and it’s amazing to see that others believe in the work and success we are creating.”
Since 2010, Rosedale Tech has become a regular on the Pittsburgh Business Times’ Best Places to Work list. Over the 14-year tenure, the technical college has ranked first in its business size category for four years in a row. Official rankings and category winners for this year’s honor will be announced at an awards ceremony early next year.
The Best Places to Work nomination would not have been made possible without the support of our Rosedale Tech family and the Pittsburgh community. What a time for aspiring trades professionals! Here’s to a new year achieving greater success and inspiring the next generations of the trade industries.
