HOW DO WE HELP PREPARE YOU?
Our goal at Rosedale Tech is to help graduates live the life they want by connecting them with training and employment opportunities that can help get them there. Not only do we train students with the technical skills needed to enter the workforce, but we also incorporate soft skills training into the curriculum. Students receive a soft skills transcript each semester that evaluates things such as communication skills (verbal and writing), eye contact, team participation, timeliness, safety adherence, dress code, etc.
In addition to preparing students with the technical and soft skills needed to enter the workforce, our team is also able to assist with the following:
- Writing a resume and cover letter
- Preparing for an interview
- Connecting students with regional employers
We work with a number of employers that are hiring for local, regional and national positions. We strive to not just place students in jobs, but rather meaningful careers that can help them achieve their goals. Our Student Success Team helps connect students with employers through a number of engagement opportunities, including, but not limited to:
- Career fairs
- Mock interviews
- Employer presentations
- Company field trips
As an alumnus of Rosedale Tech, our Student Success Center will provide ongoing assistance throughout your career.

Though no guarantee of employment is made, Rosedale Tech graduates are in high demand. We are proud to consistently report an overall job placement rate higher than the national average.
