What do you get when you mix a free community event, an opportunity to explore your passion for cars, and the chance to reconnect with Rosedale Tech alums? Rosedale Tech’s 5th Annual Car Show, of course! You won’t want to miss this family-friendly event, set for Saturday, August 21 from 10:00 a.m.-1:00 p.m. Rosedale Technical College invites the community to the Kennedy Township campus for an afternoon of engines, education, and entertainment!
What’s the ‘driving’ incentive to attend? What can participants expect?
Open to the public and perfect for the whole family, the 5th Annual Car Show will feature more than 150 show vehicles lining Rosedale Tech’s campus. The car show will consist of all years, makes and models of vehicles, showcasing a wide variety of cars!
In addition to the amazing lineup of cars, new to this year’s car show is the ‘Touch-a-Truck’ event which allows spectators of all ages the exciting opportunity to get up close and personal with their favorite emergency vehicles as well as a variety of work trucks. If engines are not enough of an incentive to attend, participants can also enjoy the concession area, a climbing wall (for the brave!), and musical entertainment! Plus, the first 100 participants to arrive at Rosedale Tech’s 5th Annual Car Show will receive a commemorative dash plaque, so they can always remember the summer fun they had at Rosedale Tech!

There is no better time to learn about the educational trade programs we offer, meet other prospective students, and explore your career interests than at the car show. Incoming and current students alike are encouraged to attend the car show to meet peers and make the most of their time at Rosedale Tech! Tours are also available for interested participants.

I want my vehicle featured in the car show! How can I register a show car?
All makes and models of any vehicle are welcomed at the 5th Annual Car Show. Show vehicles must be registered for a $5 fee. Vehicles will be judged by the following categories: Best in Show Overall, Best Import, Best Truck, Most Unique, Best Muscle Car pre 1970, and Best Muscle Car post 1971.
