Rosedale Technical College recently attended the 53rd Annual World of Wheels show in Pittsburgh, PA. During the three-day event, guests from Pennsylvania, Ohio, New York and West Virginia had the opportunity to view some of America’s finest hot rods, customs, trucks and motorcycles.
Guests in attendance at World of Wheels stopped by Rosedale Technical College’s booth to see the wrapped 53’ tractor trailer utilized by the school’s 10-week CDL truck driving program. In addition, spectators from Pennsylvania, Ohio, New York and West Virginia had the opportunity to see a preview of Rosedale Technical College’s Super Nova project, student and instructor-led project that rebuilt a 1969 Chevy Nova with a 2005 Pontiac GTO performance system. This was the first time the Super Nova had appeared at World of Wheels.
A representative from Rosedale Technical College’s admissions team was available throughout the World of Wheels show to answer any questions about the school’s hands-on associate’s degree and certificate programs in automotive, diesel, collision repair, electrical, HVAC, industrial technician, truck driving and welding.
Many of Rosedale Technical College’s alumni visited the booth and signed up to receive more information about the upcoming Alumni Social event taking place at the school’s Pittsburgh facility.
